Beach Tai Chi- Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing performed on the Lake front beach.
Aqua Zumba- brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout.
Sunset Beach Yoga- End your day with this multi-level yoga class on the Lake front and enjoy all the beauty the water and beach surroundings offer you as the sun rises. Gentle Stretch- is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle’s felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. All Levels Yoga- all-levels yoga will give lots of modifications and options for each pose, for example, in an all-levels flow or vinyasa class, our instructor may suggest that some students put their knees down when transitioning from Plank Pose into Chaturanga (Four Limbs Pose)—or they may even suggest that some students skip specific moves to accommodate their yoga level.
